What payment methods can I use to pay?

You can pay using any Philippine bank or e-wallet that supports QR Ph — including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and 30+ others. Simply scan the QR code shown in Discord.

How does the seller receive payment?

Once the buyer confirms receipt of the item and clicks Release Money, the seller enters their GCash details and receives payment instantly via InstaPay — usually within seconds.

What if the seller doesn't send the item?

You can open a dispute at any time after payment. Funds are immediately frozen and an admin will review the case. If the seller is found at fault, you receive a full refund of the trade amount.

Are refunds available?

Yes — if a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, the trade amount is refunded to your GCash. Note that the service fee and InstaPay fee are non-refundable as they cover actual processing costs.

Is this service legitimate?

Yes. We are DTI registered under BRYAN'S COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SERVICES (DTI No. 8049901) operating as BMO Middleman Service. Payments are processed through PayMongo, a BSP-regulated payment gateway.

What is the minimum trade amount?

The minimum trade amount is ₱100. This ensures the service fee covers our costs and the InstaPay fee remains reasonable relative to the trade value.
